Mary Ann's background in event planning is in dance, and also as a member of the international planning committee for medical seminars, chair of her community's event planning committee, and she is a national speaker. She is the founder of Hustle in Pompano. Mary Ann started out in gymnastics and was captain of her high school team by senior year. She started dancing in her teens. Mary Ann was a feature dancer in the feature films, Summer of Sam, and Diega, and was cast as a dancer in a Latin commercial.. She teamed with her late husband Luis in the late 1990s, and started the explosive professional dance team of The Latin Dance Connection. Mary Ann holds placements in such international competitions such as the International Hustle and Salsa Competition, Theater Arts Division; World Hustle Dance Championships, World Open Hustle Division, & Professional Hustle Division; Disco America, Theater Arts Division; and The Hustle Congress, Theater Arts Division. Mary Ann together with Luis was World Professional Hustle Dance Champions for 2004, Atlantic City Sands Hotel Hustle Champions 2004, House Dance International Hustle Champions for 2009, and they were voted favorite dance couple in Ron Bess's Dance Talk Newsletter for 2003. They were inducted into the Hustle Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement Division in 2017, and received the Hustle Hall of Fame Award at Disco America in 2011. Luis & Mary Ann were well known for their explosive and entertaining performances along with their expertise in theatrical lifts. They can be seen on the televised event of the Disco Explosion filmed in Asbury Park, and the CBS Sunday Morning News, and they were also featured in the Asbury Newspaper in August 2005, the New York Sun on February 1, 2005, and performed on the Christina show, televised on May 15, 2006. They performed alongside many of the famous artists of the Disco Era. They have performed in Disco Concerts at Lehman College, the Patchogue Theater, Atlantic City, and many venues in Long Island & Manhattan, and across the country. Luis and Mary Ann trained and choreographed adult and children dance teams. They were guest artist instructors at Dance Sport, NY. Tragically on July 7, 2018, Luis had a car accident which took his life on July 26, 2018. Mary Ann competed, performed and taught throughout the world. Mary Ann continues to be active in the dance community as an event planner, promoter, instructor, performer, judge and choreographer. Mary Ann can be seen multiple times on the Brooklyn Cafe TV Show in 2022 and 2023. Mary Ann's goal is to continue her passion and love for dance. More recently Mary Ann is honored to have become a member of the American Golden Dream Dancers dance team performing in Walt Disney World and on RCC Cruise Line, and soon to perform in Normandy and Paris.. Mary Ann has a doctorate in health practice and combines that with professional dancing to help others gain the health benefits of dance along with having the time of their lives.

Ron resides in New Jersey and has been dancing in the hustle scene for over 45 years. He competed on the national syndicated TV show "Dance Fever" and has won over 100 contest throughout the United States. He performed and traveled with the Ralph Lew Dance Company for 8 years. Ron has been the Master of Ceremonies at many hustle conventions and events over the last 28 years including Hustle USA, New York hustle Congress Disco America..... currently he promotes, organizes weekly dance socials, coaches dance couples and is the editor of the online newsletter DanceTalk - reaching over 100,000 dancers every week. In efforts to keep the history of the hustle alive he helped create the "Hustle Hall Of Fame" website. For 30 years he has been co-hosting the annual "Holiday Spectacular" dance event. Ron was the recipient of the Icon award at the New York Hustle Congress, The World Hustle Dance Championship Lifetime Achievement Award, inducted into the Disco America Hall of Fame and the recipient of the Christopher M Nardone award.

Carlos Vazquez is a Veteran, Fine Artist, Art Director & Designer for 37 years experience, holds a BA of Visual Communication (Graphic Design Major) from The New School University New York. Awarded 2nd place in 2010, 3rd in 2008, and 2nd place in 2005 Children’s Textbook Publishing BOOKBINDERS’ GUILD OF NEW YORK.
Born and raised in Manhattan NY, learned to Hustle dance on the streets in 1972, (underaged but snuck into clubs in the 70’s), became a DJ from 1978-1992. Learned to dance Salsa with Eddie Torres dancers from 1992-2005, (where he didn’t quite fit in) Developed & Branded the famous “On2” Logo for NY Salsa Congress. Came back to the Hustle in 2009 (where he finally felt like he fit in) Studied with Ballroom, Ballet and many Hustle Masters, been obsessed with all things Hustle ever since. Competed and won 4 Gold Metals ProAM & AM in International Hustle Competition 2015 and 2018. Incorporated his love for the Dance in Artwork for many Websites, Flyers, Banners, T-shirts Hats & Clothing.
One great passion is bringing healing to people who have been through a traumatic/stressful experiences (like me) with the Latin Hustle Dance. Using artistic talents to ultimately improve his clients bottom line by crafting creative solutions to their business problems. Specializing in logo design, layouts, Illustration, branding, web design. Offering services to businesses of all sizes around the world.

Professional dance hustle instructor Eliott Acosta first learned to dance the hustle at the age of 17 in New York City. He attended Dale Dance Studio. Eliott ended up teaching at the same Studio.Shortly after he joined the competitive community. In 2010 he establish the Treasure Coast Hustle Association. Eliott & Marie remain active in teaching Latin Hustle and events includingthe 2014 fundraiser event Fort Pierce Police Athletic League Pal Program, the 2016 Dancingwith the Martin Stars, and the 2017 and 2018 Peace, Love, and Ballroom Dancing with aStar for Alzheimer's and Dancing with a star for military vets
